We are a fast growing technology company and are establishing a new software development centre in Skopje.
Producing software products to a high level of quality is crucial to our success as a company, particularly as our products are used by healthcare organisations. The company has decided to invest significantly in an exciting new Continuous Delivery initiative to improve quality and speed to market of our products.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Graduate Visual Designer keen to forge an exciting marketing career within one of the most exciting high growth SaaS software companies. You will work alongside a very experienced marketing team, provided a myriad of development opportunities and given the opportunity to design cutting edge marketing materials that convey the Allocate brand and message to an intelligent market place.
This role will also work with stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success and the broader management team across all aspects of the position and promotion aspects of the marketing mix.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the broader Marketing team interpret the relevant design brief to create engaging marketing collateral
- In line with the brand standards, create a range of marketing content including illustrations, presentations and a range of marketing collateral across a range of mediums along the print / digital spectrum
- Delivery of work to meet deadlines as prescribed in the design briefs
- Act as a key member of the creative process from the inception of the initial design through to completion
- Using your experience as a Marketing Designer provide input into an efficient workflow of creative works (from initial brief, through to the iterative process and through to publishing)
- Manage and maintain the creative asset library for the UK&I Health marketing team
- Stay at the forefront of design best practices including techniques, applications, photography, typography and motion
Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong command of visual and communication design principles
- Proven mastery of Adobe Creative
- Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion and illustration
- Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organization and collaboration skills
- Sharing and merchandising ideas in an inspiring manner
- Delivers highly-resolved works incorporating Allocate’s culture and good design principles
- Ability to prototype visual design work in situ
- A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider creative / management team—quickly and exquisitely
